Information We Collect
DelTests collects different data depending on whether you are a user of the DelTests platform (a super user, enhanced user, or basic user acting on behalf of a client organisation) or an employee completing an assessment (a "test taker"). These are kept separate, and the personal information listed below is collected only from SaaS platform users — not from test takers.
1.1 Personal Information — SaaS Platform Users
We collect the following personal information when you register for or use the DelTests platform as a super user, enhanced user, or basic user:
- Name
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Job title
1.2 Information Relating to Test Takers
Test takers (employees invited to complete an assessment) do not hold an account and do not provide the personal information listed in section 1.1. Their data is handled as follows:
- Invite stage: an email address is used temporarily to deliver a unique, single-use assessment link. This is ordinary personal data, held only for as long as needed to deliver the invite and is not retained once the invite expires or is used.
- Assessment completion: the test taker's individual result is shown once, on-screen, and may be downloaded by them. It is not stored in a form linked to their identity, and cannot be retrieved again after this point.
- Retained data: the underlying response data is retained only after direct identifiers (name, email, invite token) have been removed or never recorded against it. Organisational attributes such as department, project, and company may be retained on this anonymised record for aggregation purposes, subject to the safeguards described in section 6 below.
